Morning bike races and pet show held at LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED , with afternoon sports clinics and games at Northam Park - a day to help draw the summer to a close with friendly competition. Coincides with Annual Labor Day Arts Fest produced by Upper Arlington Cultural Arts Commission.
