Junior Director Program

Each year, these high school students help the Directors make the events happen!

The JD application process is open November 18, 2024 to January 8, 2025. Students help organize and execute UACA events from January through December. Current high school juniors are eligible. Applicants are considered based on service to their school and community, leadership and communication skills. Students are required to complete an application and obtain a letter of recommendation from school staff, places of worship, community leaders, or employers.
